Honest objective advice from day one

“After we discovered Heliner’s equipment was actually affordable, we got in touch with James. He visited us and really took the time to listen to what we were trying to achieve. He didn’t try to upsell us on anything we didn’t need. We asked him a few times “what about this option” and “what about that”, and he just answered “don’t waste your money on that, there’s no benefit for you”. He could have easily made more money out of us, but didn’t.”

“Now that we’re up and running with the Heliner machine, there are significant cost savings of up to 70% in some cases. Also, the time factor for product turnaround has improved immensely, as previously all this work was out sourced. Now we’re in charge of our own destiny.”

“Since Covid, service seems to have gone out the window everywhere and people don’t care, but James actually does. His service is really unheard of – ‘out of this world’!

He’s just a phone call away, and we usually get quick answers. But if he doesn’t know, he’s honest and tells us he’ll find out, unlike some suppliers who bluff their way through to try and keep us happy.

He’ll jump through any hoops to put out fires. Once he was here till 11:30pm fixing a computer issue and then closed up shop for us. He had to source a replacement hard drive, so in the interim, he set his own computer up so we were up and running straight away with minimal downtime.

His offer always stands for us to use the machines at his place in a worst-case scenario. This amazing level of service is what we want to offer our own clients.”
