Introducing Heliner's workhorse; The Auto Tool Change CNC Router H-1325AC
 
Purpose built for New Zealand's diverse needs, our top-selling auto tool change CNC Router excels in heavy-duty wood and plastic CNC machining. It also tackles light-duty soft metal machining, like aluminium, with an optional oil spray. 
 
A robust steel frame and sturdy gantry form the core of our CNC router. This significantly reduces vibration, ensuring you get accurate cuts with a better finish. The machine bed is milled, and heat treated pre and post milling to prevent warping. This process is standard for all Heliner's CNC routers, and it gives the best possible alignment for the bed. 
 
This CNC machine's powerful servo controlled motors drive its Helical rack and pinion on the X and Y axis, and the Ball screw on the Z axis. This guarantees rapid and quiet movement and pin-point positional accuracy. 
 
Additionally, our CNC router’s vacuum table boasts six individually controlled channels, providing users with a variety of options for fixing materials. 
 
All of these machining operations are driven by a powerful 9kw air-cooled spindle equipped with an ISO30 holder. This spindle can execute auto tool changes swiftly without the machine losing its reference point.
