Introducing the Intuitive H-1325A Industrial CNC Router
 
Robust and efficient, the H-1325A 3 Axis CNC Router excels at heavy-duty wood and plastic machining, and aluminum sheet cutting.
 
A powerful air-cooled spindle of 6KW with an ER32 collet provides efficient, high speed cutting with minimal machine wear.
 
Operating this CNC router is highly intuitive, featuring a touch screen and windows based control system. This custom Heliner system is built from the ground up to support New Zealand manufacturers, and features direct CNC machining of JPG, DXF, AI, and PLT formats, in addition to normal G-code.
 
All of the CNC machining operations are driven by powerful hybrid servo-controlled motors and drivers, ensuring precision and a quality finish with every cut.  
 
A robust steel frame and sturdy gantry form the core of our CNC router. This significantly reduces vibration, ensuring precise CNC machining with a superior finish. The machine bed is milled and heat-treated pre and post-milling to prevent warping, giving precision and high speed cutting throughout the lifetime of the machine.
