Introducing the H-1325AC3: Our Dedicated Sign Cutting CNC Router with CCD Tracking
 
Purpose-built for New Zealand sign makers, this CNC Router with CCD camera tracking excels in aluminium, ACM, wood and plastic signcutting. With a working area of 2500x1300mm, and a Z height of 150mm, it is the ideal CNC router for cutting large sheets, and can tackle signcutting projects at scale.
 
With its integrated CCD camera and leading edge machine vision, our CNC router can identify and cut sign graphics regardless of alignment. This is perfect for sign making applications where the location of printed graphics is not always consistent.
 
The custom Heliner control system is built from the ground up to support New Zealand signmakers. It features direct import and machining of sign graphics - including JPG, DXF, AI, and PLT formats, in addition to normal G-code.
 
A robust steel frame and sturdy gantry form the core of our CNC router. This significantly reduces vibration, ensuring precise signcutting with a superior finish. The machine bed is milled, and heat-treated pre and post-milling to prevent warping, enabling precision and high speed cutting. This makes it ideal for various sign-making applications, including custom signs, commercial signs, and business signage.
 
The Auto tool change supports 8 different tools (customizable), enabling you to perform sign cutting, sign engraving, V-groove cutting and any other CNC sign making techniques with a single program file.
